Achievement - Ashok Nagar
- The Ward level Sahasaleya group Singing Competition for schools from Borivali to Dahisar was organized on 29th September 2011 by the Education Department.18 schools participated. The students were awarded the first position in the senior group.
- The Zonal level senior group singing competition was conducted by the Education Department on 25th November 2011. The students of Childrens Academy,Ashok Nagar,Kandivali were awarded the first position in the senior group.
- At the Ward Level Inter School Instrumental Competition Ms.Samisksha Gawai of std VI and Mst.Shivam Manoj of std IX from won the first prize.
- At the Zonal Level Inter School Instrumental Competition for schools from Bandra to Dahisar was organized on 22nd November 2011 by the Education Department Ms. Samisksha Gawai of std VI won the third prize.
- At the Ward Level Sahasaleya group Mono-acting Competition for schools from Borivali to Dahisar was organized on 23rd October 2011 by the Education Department. Riddhi Solanki won the first prize.
- The Bharat Vikas Parishad organised a Quiz Competition on 27th November 2011.Our students Mst.Pratik And Mst. Rahil RajPopat won the third position at the junior level. Mst.Niel Rami and Mst.Milan Naik won the second position at the senior level.
- Mst.Rahil Raj Popat won the first prize in the Ward level Sahasaleya Elocution Competition for schools from Borivali to Dahisar organized on 24th September 2011.The topic was "My Contribution Towards Clean Mumbai."
- Ms. Rudhdhi Rajan Walawalkar of std 9, represented Maharashtra at the Vigyan Melawa (Science seminar) competition conducted by the National Council of Science Museums, Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The venue for the national level competition was the National Science Centre,Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.She stood 2nd at the all India level and will be visiting Warsaw, Poland with the other prize winners. Ms. Rudhdhi has achieved this feat after successfully competing at the taluka level, district level, zonal level and state level. Across Maharashtra, there were a total of 2341 students at the talukalevel,645 at the district, 70 at the zonal and 16 at the state level. The topic for the seminar was "Chemistry For Human Welfare, Promises and Concerns"

- Children’s Academy (Ashok Nagar) was adjudged the best school at the recently concluded R-East ward Science Exhibition. The winning trend was set by the bagging of the Best Science Club award followed by the 1st prize in the senior and junior teaching aid and population education categories. They won the 3rd place in the junior science project and lab assistant categoriesAlso, Ms Rudhdi Walawalkar of standard 9th won first place in the senior science elocution category and Ms Riddhi Solanki of standard 7th won the 3rd place in the junior essay writing category.
