Codes and Policies - Examinations & Evaluations
- Failure to pay fees before the academic year ends, gives the right to the school to withhold the result. the commencement of an exam, may debar a child from appearing for the examination.
- Any student caught indulging in any form of malpractice during the examination will be prohibited from appearing the said paper and also will be debarred from appearing the subsequent papers. The student will not be allotted any marks in the paper in which he/she is caught indulging in malpractice and the subsequent papers for which he/she is debarred.

Students of standard first to standard eight, SSC and ICSE, will be promoted to the next class at the end of the academic year if minimum learning competencies in the basic school subjects are achieved. If assessment of the semesters performance reveals that the intended learning competencies in the basic school subjects in Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Science are not achieved then the students will have to undertake remediation and a test will be administered in June. A satisfactory level of achievement in the test will ensure promotion to the next higher level.The school reserves the right to deny promotion to any student who does not complete 75% attendance during the academic year .

- A minimum of 75% attendance in the whole year.
- For passing fully a student must get 35% marks in every subject.
- Promotion with Condonation : If a student falls short by some marks for passing fully in some subjects, total of 20 condonation marks but not more then 10% (of the total marks of that subject) of the total marks in one subject.
- Combined passing provision :
- For languages:Minimum of 25% marks in every language and a total of 35% in three language together (Total of 105 marks in 3 language together), the student is considered passed.
- Mathematics and Science : Provision of combined passing in Math and science to be applied as under
A student must get 35% marks together in Math and Science (88 marks out of 250) and at
least 25% in each Math and Science (at least 25 in Science and at least 38 in Math)
- While considering the provision of combined passing grace marks can not be given in languages.
- IMPORTANT : To become eligible for passing with condonotion or to get benefit of combined passing, the student is expected to get atleast 25% marks in the Written Examination conducted during the year.
- The students will also be assessed on the assignments given in social studies and Maths. A total of 60 marks in Maths and 40 marks in SS will be assessed. Failure to submit the assignments will result in the child getting zero marks in that particular assignment.
- In languages English, Hindi and Marathi 20 marks are awarded in the terminals and finals for listening, reading , conversation and group discussion or elocution skills . Students take these skills lightly. Students are given enough intimation of their dates of oral tests. Incase the child is not ready for the same, second chance will not be given and minimum marks possible will be awarded to the student.
- Every child is expected to do 1 E.V.S Project in a year. The dates for the projects are intimated to the students well in advance. In case the student does not submit a satisfactory project, he will be asked to submit a fresh one .If even that is found unsatisfactory then minimum possible marks will be awarded. Parents are requested to guide their children for the projects but not to do it for them. The objective of making a project is for making students think and work independently
